What happens around us can often make us become objective because we are consumed. Eben P has a term called “altitude” that describes viewing your operations and happenings for a fuller, more truthful perspective.

That’s a really odd yet interesting story. I think you would probably really enjoy a book I’m reading called What To Say When You Talk to Your Self.

It’s all about this sort of idea and really raises your consciousness about what you really think about. It’s certainly appropriate given your url title!

Well – to an extent we should think about what we desire, and know that it is out there, but I think its equally important to stop and reflect about how far you have already come and just to be happy with what you have in the moment, it is right to be ambitious but you need to balance that with living in the present and being thankfull with your lot. Yes strive to better yourself and have goals for the future but if you never take the time to just be, how will you know when you have reached the goals that you set yourself in the past?

We are finite creatures that can only exist in the present. For us to experience depression form the past, or anxiety in regards to the future, limits our true potential in the present moment.
