More Thoughts on the Technorati Exchanged
Sorry for being silent for so long… My offline life has been insane for the past couple of weeks, but things have calmed down a bit.
I realised a couple of things about the Technorati exchange:
- People involved in the exchange do not always give the correct links… A couple of times they have put links in their comments to their favourites page, without giving me an easy way add them to my favourites… I normally just add them anyway, but in the future, make it as easy as possible for people to favourite you.
- I am planning to start a niche blog, and I realised that the Technorati exchange idea will nt work for it, since my technorati account already has all the exchange-willing favourited, and I can only favourite each person once… I guess I could get a new account, but I am pretty sure that Technorati will not be happy about that.
Well, there are my thoughts. I know I have been participating in way to many link/traffic building posts without providing real content, but this will change soon.
