An idea: sharing adsense income with commenters

Ok, the idea here is not originally mine, but I did get it from stubbsy’s comment. In which he mentioned the idea of revenue sharing with commenters, in order to encourage comments.

Well, this gave me an idea for a wordpress plugin. I do not have enough time to write it at this moment, and I probably never will. So, rather than letting it gather dust in a fogotten corner of my harddrive.

Anyway, the idea is this: Using the adsense API, allow each commenter to enter their Adsnese publisher id. The adsense ads on the relevant comment page will then be rotated between the commenters, and between the original author.

So, is there anybody out there that would consider writing such a plugin (and if anybody writes it, will anybody use it?)
