I've never heard of David Allen but now I'm gonna check out his books for sure. One of the things I do is to create a list I call my Super Six. It goes right in line with "capturing". I make a list of the top 6 things I have to accomplish that day. I don't always get it done, but it's a goal I have.

And like you said, it's about working on a task...not a project. That's great advice right there. Here's a link to my blog post if you want to check out my Super Six idea.

The best way to manage time is to make sure that there is no worries and no anxiety. So for this just make sure that when your doing something, make it productive.

Cos if you want to plan everything you have to make sure that there are no glitches.
